The only reason for one star is because it won't let you do zero stars!! Ordered our tiles and was told they would only be three days to a week. Called into the shop on the Friday before our two week time frame renovations were to begin and was told they would find out from the supplier and call me back...I called them on the next Tuesday to be told our tiles weren't even in the country yet and that we wouldn't have them until the last day of our scheduled reno!!
