Kurt was amazing, he showed patience and kindness as he tried to help me fix my parent's television. He went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. And he offered to continue helping me as needed as the issue involves the cable provider and not the television- again, going above and beyond. He was super helpful and would not give up on trying to help!!!

Had an issue connecting my 10 year old smart TV to a new rack system. The bolts provided were too small. Went to Kens and they hooked me up with larger bolts that worked perfectly. THANKS KENS!! I'll definitely be back when ready to replace my TV!! Highly recommended!
Anthony and Jarvis came to my house to hang a 65 inch TV. When I say that these guys were professional’s, oh my goodness, they didn’t miss a beat!
