I have been back and forth to Kens in Macon 4 times after spending over 2,000 on a simple custom 6x9 build on a 12 woofer. The technician can't seem to get my system playing right. This is sooooo unacceptable. I have never had these issues with Kens beforehand. What is going on with Kens of Macon?? However, I am impressed with how they handled the situation. Kurt was amazing, he showed patience and kindness as he tried to help me fix my parent's television. He went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. And he offered to continue helping me as needed as the issue involves the cable provider and not the television- again, going above and beyond. He was super helpful and would not give up on trying to help!!!
Good customer service, clean install
Michael was AWESOME to work with. Told him what I wanted and they KNOCKED it out of the park. Sounds so good now!! Great people to work with.
Had an issue connecting my 10 year old smart TV to a new rack system. The bolts provided were too small. Went to Kens and they hooked me up with larger bolts that worked perfectly. THANKS KENS!! I'll definitely be back when ready to replace my TV!! Highly recommended!
