Diagnosed, ordered parts, repaired, and worked for last year with no issues. Well worth the repair as always a tough call.
Ken is a very nice and knowledgeable guy. He came out and fixed my fridge. I was very happy with my first repair and was planning to hire him for future repairs. Well a few months later my fridge stopped working again. That's not kens fault, but when I called to get a repair and left a voicemail I didn't get a call back or anything. In my opinion he should support his first repair and at the very least come out and evaluate it. I ended up just buying a new fridge since it has turned out to be so expensive keeping this old on... read more
