Ken's Small Engine Repair is NOT the place to go to repair your lawnmower if you want someone that has the ability and experience to do so. Save your time and money and move on. My John Deere D130 lawn tractor was surging and I delivered it to Ken to repair. After an extended wait (well over a month) with a new carburetor, I went to pick it up and found the problem wasn't corrected. He said that's all that can be done. Ken was so nice in answering my husband's questions regarding our riding mower without seeing it.
We took our riding mower there five different times within a year. He still couldn't fix it. Ken is not nice either .. terrible customer service.
