Friendly staff good experience.
I'd rate them five stars, but to charge my mom a fee because the bin was overweight due to the flooding is ridiculous. Especially at a time when Niagara region needed help. My cousin was there when the bin was picked up, he said to me that alot of water could've been drained first before it was loaded. And he also mentioned the driver nearly took out the overhead power lines to the house while loading the bin. Thank you.
