Ken is a flippin' genius. Through my own carelessness, I tore off the right rear corner and half of the bumper portion of the rear cap of our beautiful Dynaquest super C by turning too sharply and snagging the corner on a wood pole. I was sick just looking at for a month until he could get us into the shop. It was really ugly but the majority of the damage came off in two large, very thick heavy fiberglass pieces. Ken and Dawn were wonderful to work with. Personable, friendly, fare and a pleasure to work with. My RV had 2 blowouts 2 months apart on either side of the RV so had a planned drop off date right after the 2nd blowout but they were able to repair both sides in a timely manner. Freight for the first blowout parts was a little high and came from 1 vendor but while Dawn could have just ordered parts from same vendor, she broke it into a few orders from different vendors to save us some money on freight and the savings was signi... read more
Ken did a phenomenal repair job on our travel trailer. You can’t even tell that the trailer was ever damaged. The entire rear wall of our trailer was damaged by a large pick up truck crashing into it. I was glad to find Ken’s RV Collision Repair in Santa Rosa to make the necessary repairs since this work is very specialized and not done by the average auto body shop. We had a terrible experience with this business. My partner and I brought our RV here and they could not even give an estimation of time needed to complete the work, knowing we live out of the RV. While we wasted hundreds of dollars in hotel rooms, after 8 days, they only were able to put a single coat of primer on a total of a few square feet.
