I don't understand this Willis guy's comments. I've had Ken's service for about 4 yrs. He tells me what's wrong, we agree on a price and he takes care of the work. No issues. Reliable and friendly. Thank you Ken. I'll continue to recommend you.
I don't what this Willis guy is talking about. I've had Ken service my pool before and he did a excellent job. If you want a no hassle service that out-beats your typical corporate pool service company and has good customer service, go with Ken.
Well everyone has the right to there opinion or complaint, however because this so far from the truth, I feel the need to explain. I service the pool for the previous owner, who was informed by me 3 months earlier that his D.E. filter needed to be cleaned, he said he did not want to spend the money on it since he would be moving. I use Ken's Pool Service. He has done several repairs to my pool, with all of the work done very professional. He is very knowledgeable with what the chemistry of pool water should be to keep it crystal clear. He also had to re-plumb my pool and the work was excellent. Don't hesitate to call him for your monthly service or repair work you need done.
As someone who has witnessed Kens Pool Service in action I strongly disagree with the "Scam" comment. I do understand there are people who will scam you out there, HOWEVER Kens Pool Service IS NOT one of them. I do believe if someone is to refer to another person as a "Scam artist" I think they should understand more about what they are having fixed, it takes time, money, and effort for these things and to be shocked that the person you're using tells you their Fees is (no offence) dumb.
