Called Ken’s pool on a Monday to inquire about a replacement vinyl liner for my pool. Was told by person that was answering the phone that she would pass my info along to the sales person and it would be couple of days before I would hear from someone. This didn’t happen, so I called again that Friday and asked again. They said someone would get to me by the following Wednesday. I have had dealings with many technicians in the past and I can say Cisco is one that knows what he is doing. Very knowledgeable and can communicate the problem and solution very easily. I’m glad that an establishment like Ken’s Pool & Patio is around to help and provide great customer service. Congratulations to the management for hiring such a staff, please reward them accordingly.
When service of your pool/spa equipment is needed. I highly recommend Ken's Pool. Cisco the service manager is so knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly.
