One of their work trucks was parked blocking access to neighborhood mailboxes. Will be contacting the postal inspector as well! :) Edit: Owner states I'm making a false statement. Here is the included photo for the public to enjoy! My tiny car had to pull into the *opening of the alley way* to be able to access my own mailbox. Wel my l contact is Francisco but I call cisco and evertime I have problem with the pools and hot tub all I need to do is to send a txt massages and his show up the next day and evaluate the situation and order all the parts that we need and get the problem fix right away
I did not do business with this company, but I had a concerning experience with one of their employees. While in the LA Fitness parking lot, one of their drivers was driving recklessly and nearly hit me head-on. He was clearly driving on the wrong side of the road and saw that I was there, but did not slow down or attempt to correct his direction. It was very unsafe and concerning to see that kind of behavior from someone representing a business
Called Ken’s pool on a Monday to inquire about a replacement vinyl liner for my pool. Was told by person that was answering the phone that she would pass my info along to the sales person and it would be couple of days before I would hear from someone. This didn’t happen, so I called again that Friday and asked again. They said someone would get to me by the following Wednesday. This didn’t happen either and it’s been another week and half and still have not heard from anyone.. I’m not sure where the breakdown is but if this... read more
