Sincere thanks to wonderful staff who went above and beyond trying to help me buy a towel rail ( freestanding) on Wednesday. They couldn’t do enough to help even though there was no sale for them. Pity other businesses in Gladstone can not follow their example. So thank you once again to the two girls and the gentleman who helped. That type if service is so rare nowadays.

I have spent several 000s of dollars with Ken's Plumbing in Gladstone both in the plumbing section and Homeware's store, but I think one employee merits a special mention. Her name is Paula. I had an issue with a shower I purchased. Paula could not do enough to help me. Her dedication to the customers is very rare to find in this day and age, and I feel she deserves a special mention. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend as one of the best plumbing shops in gladstone.
