Extremely disappointed. I purchased a rubber washer for my bathroom sink yesterday and I said to the man to maybe give me a receipt in case I have to change it if it’s not right and he said yes no worries. I’ve just been back there to change the washer and the young guy Joseph said he didn’t have a different one and that he wasn’t refunding my money because I used the washer.
