I've been into Ken's in Bundaberg a number of times and have always found the staff friendly and very helpful. Today I was served by Caleb and, like the other staff, was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. These guys leave Bunnings in their wake. Well done guys!
I cannot fault Rose. Her customer service goes above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and genuine care for her clients.
Very helpful, was able to get all i did need, parking is close in front of shop.
