Ken and his team were incredible to work with. Ken was responsive, professional, and has a great disposition to make you feel at ease with your belongings. They moved a very large dining room cabinet and hutch, probably bigger and heavier than what was expected, and professionally wrapped them before loading them up and moving across the county. I highly recommend Big Ken for your moving needs, both large and small.

I reached out to move a couch from Raleigh to Durham & he was here within 30 minutes and gave me a discounted rate to match my budget. Will definitely be using him for all my moves in the future. Great customer service and quick on his feet.

Ken and his guys came out and did an amazing job! They got me packed up and moved into my place in good timing. Ken’s communication was great from the start. I had a last minute move and he was able to squeeze me in with no problem. If y’all are looking for a moving company, look no further!

They got the job done on fairly short notice and pretty accurate to estimated effort. I haven't found anything that was damaged. Ken's communication skills could be improved, but his team was extremely friendly and worked hard
