Not very professional Recently I had witnessed a situation where a potential client had went into this store hoping to get her eyeglass prescription filled by Ken. Her medical card had a message stating that she had an alternate insurance but, she had a paper stating otherwise to prove she did not have the insurance. Ken had told her he would not accept her or even her children with her insurance because he would not get paid by the state. He did not do this tactfully, infact he had confronted her and her children in front o... read more
CARING STAFF I recently had an eye exam done and went to Ken's to get it filled. Ken was wonderful. He was very caring and helped me for about an hour pick the right glass and sun glasses for me. He was the only one in that day. He made sure everyone was helped and happy. When i left my husband had picked out a new pair of glasses and i had two pair, Ken took great care of us. My husband and his family have been going to Ken's for over 15 years. WE LOVE KEN'S AND HIS STAFF..
Ken's Optical I totally disagree with the above review, I have been going to Ken for years and he is a very courteous man, He has repaired my glasses in the past for free. And the most important part to me is he is very professional at what he does and that is hard to find in this town, His office is one large room so how was he suppose to be discrete to this woman about her insurance? The only thing i agree with that review is he has a great selection of glasses.
