Terrible customer service, had the car in their shop for eight months and still doesn't run. Took the car to the dealership, where they found the wiring had been cut and strung about as well as the transmission pan with a crack in it and jb welded to sweep the problem under the rug. They originally quoted us for 5k and when it was all said and done tried to squeeze 10k out of us. Very disappointed with the work done. A waste of time and money."
Business response:
On the invoice we stated that the transmission was leaking upon arrival possible because towing. We did not quote 5k nor did we charge 10k. The wiring harness was not cut by us
Do not use these guys. Had my car for 2 months. When I got it back it wreaked of gasoline that they spilled all over my carpet. On top of that the seatbelt and airbag warning lights were on. They were not on when I dropped the car off. The shop manager said for another $75 they would gladly diagnose it for me and charge me to fix what they broke for a their expensive hourly rates. The chicken shit can sit behind his phone like a tough guy because they won't see anyone in person because if Covid. Gutless crooks. Don't... read more
Do not use these guys. They had my car for 2 months. When I finally got it back the inside wreaked of gasoline. On top of that the alarm lights for the airbag and seatbelt were on which they weren't when I dropped the car off. Tried to talk to them about it and they said they can reschedule me for a $75 diagnostic and go from there. So they could charge me more money. I guess they feel they can get away operating like this because of Covid and their no contact policy.
Business response:
This car came in for a no start we never did anything with the airbag or seat belt. This is a totally unrelated issue to the work we have done. We fixed all the problems that this customer was trying to fix himself and finally gave up on it.
Summary: The auto shop claimed that they were service professional for import cars and would use genuine BMW fuel pump for my car. One year later the car broke down. The BMW dealer I went to told me that the fuel pump in my car was a fake, and that the pump was melting down creating a fire hazard to my personal safety. Here are the details about what happened: In November 2010 I was driving my 2006 BMW X5 in a road trip from Texas to California. The car broke down in Arizona due to fuel pump failure. I had the car towed to K... read more
I am a local and recently took my Mini Cooper S in because there was issues with the engine. I took it in early on a Thursday and I had not heard anything by the end of the day so I called them to check in. The receptionist did not know what was going on with my vehicle and stated he had to speak with the mechanic. He called me back 2 hours later stating they had to do a carbon cleanse on my engine but that they could not do the work until the following Monday. They stated I should leave my car with them so I did. Monday cam... read more
Worst customer service ever!!! Called to make sure they had room before having my vehicle towed into Ken's. I asked when they thought they'd get a chance to look at it and got a simple "couldn't tell you!" answer. I didn't ask for a set price or time to expect it fixed. I just wanted to get an idea of how long till I heard something/anything. After 5 days, I called and left a message asking for a call back to get a status just the same as the day I had it towed in... I received no call back and STILL have no idea what to exp... read more
Worst Service EVER!!!!!! We brought our truck into Ken's, a Toyota T-100. The front end was already taken apart and we asked them to put the timing belt on b/c we were having trouble with it ourselves. They have had our vehicle for over 2 months and refuse to stop working on it. Any time we say just leave it we will come pick it up they refuse to let us have it. He has put 1200 dollars worth of parts into the truck that we have not authorized and he still doesn't know what is wrong with it. The people at this shop are rude a... read more
As a preface, I originally took my BMW to brakemasters on the advice of the person who sold me the car. The car's check engine light had come on and therefore I needed to take it somewhere where they could read the codes that were activated. The aforementioned business saw the two codes that were activated and decided to simply replace the parts whose codes were showing on the computer... This would cost me over 800 dollars without any real guarantee that it would fix the problem. So, feeling uneasy I opened up the phone boo... read more
