Excellent Experience with Ken’s HVAC Service! Ken, the owner, along with George arrived right on time (after texting that he was on the way) to replace my old thermostat with a Nest 3rd Gen. Ken was very responsive when our HVAC system was declining (of course during the hottest days of August) and gave us a very competitive quote to replace our HVAC system, compared to other quotes we received. During the middle of a heatwave after calling so many other firms, Ken came and managed to get my AC system back up and running within 90 minutes. He explained to me why my system wasn’t working, and exactly what they were going to do to fix it. Their prices were reasonable and they set me up with an ongoing maintenance plan. I feel like I understand more about my system because of Ken’s explanations. I really recommend them!
