Ken is a very nice guy and his team fairly knowledgeable. I wasn't happy with the communication around trying to taking the home buyers class as well as the engagement level I notice others received on breaks or after class. As a professional, single black woman my time and money has the same value as everyone else. Sadly, pre judgement goes both ways. Cultural Diversity training may help.
