I’ve had my AC off for a couple of weeks due to remodeling. I went to turn it on and no joy. I had previously used a competitor and I felt I was being upsold constantly and one other major issue they failed on. I used Ken’s online appointment booking(very easy) and he was here the next morning. He squared away the issue that I had inadvertently caused and have AC again. He was very prompt and courteous also reasonably priced as well. So I feel like I have someone to count on now without being hit on to buy something.
Had a great experience with Ken. He showed up when he said he was going to & fixed what 3 other hvac companies missed for a fair price.
We returned from vacation to find out our A/C was leaking refrigerant. We had a few people come out to give estimates and they all ranged from 3.5K to 1.5K. Ken was reasonably price, knew exactly what the issue was, able to repair it same day, and answered all of my husbands questions. Ken is incredibly skilled and very professional. If you’re looking for someone honest, hard working, and won’t scam you; you found your guy! Thank you Ken!!
