Very reasonable pricing but the amount of money we're spending redoing the work he's done hasn't been worth the trouble. Nice guy but rarely shows up when scheduled which is incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. My patience wore out after a no call no show on an appointment day and time he set up. Would not recommend.

Called to have him install the florrimg at a rental he did half the kitchen said he would come back amd on our agreed upon time he said he was there i called the tennant he never showed up and we had also scheduled him to power wash another property when we scheduled the kitchen floor amd he didnt show up for that di3esnt return calls or texts very unprofessional you could at least answer and say u cant do it make something dont lie and lead people on and never return calls or texts very simple to say just anser and say your... read more

Now I wish I had read more of these reviews. Ken made an appointment but never showed up. He never called ahead to cancel and never returned my texts or calls asking where he was. I still have not heard from him. It sounds like this is typical for him though. He might comment back about a medical emergency (seems to be common). He might mention phone trouble (if calls didn't work I know text would have). Either way, I still haven't heard from him and he was supposed to put in a sink 2 days ago.
