We had an appointment for 2:00 PM and arrived 5 minutes early. Lexy was still working on another white customer, giving them not only a haircut but also a massage, with overly enthusiastic service. I wasn’t taken until 2:23 PM, with no apology at all. When it was finally my turn, she had a bad attitude, rushed through the haircut, and did a poor job. The moment she finished, she immediately moved on to the next person. I left unhappy with both the service and the haircut. Never coming back.
I have been coming to this place for over a year now. Hair stylists are very diligent and give excellent hair cuts. I am no expert in hair cut but my wife sometimes comment on good cut.
They are very talented. Also their prices are extremely affordable. Plus the staff is super kind! The owner talks a lot to her clients and it is always a fun time. This is a great family owned support and im happy to give my business to them
