This team failed to do a disk brake job. I paid for four new pads and rotors. On the receipt I was charged for "premium" products. After service, the brakes squealed like crazy. When I went in for a fix, they looked at it for free because of the warranty, but they just cleaned up what was there and, apparently, didn't actually fix anything. I was told they had set the park brake too tight when they originally did the job.
