Never been charged so much until now. Perhaps that's a fluke. However, also never been called 4 times in less than 48 hours with demands for payment until now. What has put me off the most though is that they didn't bother putting coolant back in my vehicle. I refilled the coolant. It's been 3 days. It's not a leak.

This is the Dave Hickman cat of business. They don’t “want” your business. They are “independent”. Their position is they are able to overcharge corporate accounts so much that doing business with individuals is just not good business for them. I understand the model, however the sign says Goodyear, so the customer is “expecting “ the same service as the location on saint Mary’s or the same service as as the location up the interstate or the belton location.
