Generally hesitant to ever leave a negative review but it seems imperative to ring some alarm bells on my experience here. Brought in several pieces of my mother’s jewellery to be appraised. Only until about half way through beginning the process did staff explain that they mail the jewelry away and that the jewelry is not insurable in the mailing process. I had 3 rings sized up here for $125 each. One ring was brand new - never worn. I was quoted over $600 for each ring at Seth Tobin, which is an absolute rip off. Ken’s Goldsmithing did a great job on my rings - for a reasonable price - and the people are lovely. Thank you!

My engagement ring was flattened on the bottom from years of wear. Wasn't too sure what could be done, but $20 and a few hours later it is so shiny and looks brand new! Highly recommend Ken's Goldsmithing!!

Great prices, great service, great attitudes. I would highly recommend them if you need some work done. As an aside they have some great watches at some amazing prices if you're a connisuer of that type of thing.
