Made an appointment to get my mothers jewelry appraised. Drove 3hrs on the day scheduled with the entire collection, only to be told on arrival that they decided to stop doing appraisals? Thanks for the heads up.

I took A skinny gold chain in, it needed a clasp,a little tiny clasp, they quoted me a $139.50 I told her no thank you I'll take it somewhere else , and I did ,I got it fixed for $45 , price gouging is horrible , I would not recommend this place to anybody please look elsewhere first....
A bit disappointed. Word of mouth stars that this is a reputable company with great customer service. Called today, representative assumed I was calling to pawn a family heirloom. Did not ask questions, merely directed me to a pawn broker. Website clearly states that they buy diamonds, but do they? Wouldn’t even pass my name on to the owner, nor let me speak to them. Simply stated she could make a decision on behalf of all. Their loss.
