The only star this shop deserves is the office lady —and that’s strictly for her kindness. She’s the only professional thing about this place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRANSMISSION TO THIS SHOP. I got my Jeep back and it was leaking fluid everywhere. Took it back, and Ken (the owner) immediately tried to blame it on a “spun bearing.” I trusted that—big mistake. Excellent service! We were on a road trip from Texas to Arkansas when our vehicle broke down. Kens was the first shop that showed up on our Google search. They worked us in and had us back on the road within the hour. Extremely fair rates,no up charge and they went out of their way to help us..
Ken’s Garage was amazing. They fixed the cheaper issue first instead of jumping straight to an expensive repair, which I really appreciated. My car is running great now, everyone was super nice, and the whole process was quick and easy. Plus, they had the cutest little shop dog! 🐶
JUST WOW! Kens Garage has been nothing but a pleasure to fix any vehicle. We thought our 2008 Jeep Wrangler X Limited 4 door detonator, yellow needed a whole clutch and plate replacement. After many attempts to get our Jeep to Ken and his AWESOME office manager Jen(who has the patience of Jobe)we finally had to pay $220 to have it towed by Prince towing of Checotah(we planed on the cost being a lot more)and can you believe we could not get that Jeep in gear but Ken hops in and just like that drives around and upon return as... read more
You couldn't pay me to go here again, if your not local and on the buddy list, you will regret it. I wouldn't let them air up your tire to be honest. Never in my life have I heard of dropping a new engine into a vehicle and it not getting anymore than 15 miles before dying. Luckily someone "poor unfortunate soul" gave me what was invested into the vehicle so the money was not lost, no thanks to the so called "Mechanic Shop" that refused to reimburse the amount for the "new engine".
