Mixed fillings about this place.. previous reviews say better things, but my experience wasn’t as great (wasn’t bad either). Checked in at 6:20, was told there were 2 trucks ahead of me. Was waiting in front of receiving by the curb when a gentleman (sits at check-in window) came out and said: “Hey, you can’t park here!” and he wasn’t nice/polite at all, so I can’t confirm that staff is nice (he wasn’t nice when I was checking in either). I didn't figure out the exit very good either. There are 3 options.
330pm pick up arrived 930 am loaded within a hour would been faster but a dropped trailer was in the dock I was suppose to back into still pretty fast and early
Only by appointment time and have restroom inside u can also park on the street too
Easy to find Nice & polite staff Easy to back up Appointment 11:30 am Check in 9:30am Give me dock right way Clean restrooms 🚽
