I’ve used Ken’s Flooring twice. Both times the work was exceptional, but the kitchen remodel was very frustrating. I have a very old home, and as a result, Ken insisted that I have a structural engineer look at the joists under my kitchen floors before he did any work. Because I had an inspection on the home and there were no structural issues, I was anxious that perhaps my inspector missed something.
