Dropped my rims and tires off at Kens cycle repair they were not touched for 4 days I called and asked about them Monday they said it would be at least until Wednesday till they could do them. I realize these shops are very busy but this was less than a 45 minute job and I was told it would take a week or more. I had to go without my bike 5 days. Will never use them again
