We had an unfortunate breakdown along our 13hr road trip. Luckily it happened near KBA. They handled the situation with uncommon grace and got us back on the road! Wish they were local to me. Good honest work!
Reliable and honest. Never had any issues. Everyone is nice and office personnel are super nice. I recommend them to anyone.
On my way from Louisiana to Tennessee with my daughter, her car started acting up near Winona. We stopped at Ken's, and he took the time to scan for codes and drive the car, late on a blazing hot Friday afternoon. He said it would be fine, politely turned away my offer to pay him for his trouble. Friendly, generous guy!
Very helpful place to send your hurt vehicle to. Everyone is super nice with a reasonable price.
