Above and beyond service. Both the owner and staff. Appreciate the extra education about what exactly was done to my vehicle, these guys are extremely helpful and kind hearted.
I've read plenty of great reviews about Ken. So when my wife's car started coming apart at the seams, he was my first call. I made the right choice. Ken is super-honest and very reasonable. I know for a fact that he and his mechanics spent more time on the car than he billed me for. And as he was reviewing the invoice before I paid, he found a $400 mistake in his favor that he immediately removed. I probably wouldn't have caught it.
