I was referred to this shop by a fellow driver and his wife. I'm thankful they pointed me in Ken's direction. I was having trouble with truck to the point of overheating. Two mechanics (brothers) flip flop off of each other picking at each others brain to find the problem and come up with a solution. Now the repair did take some time because they had head sent out to be machined but they got right on it when it came back. Two weeks later ironically turbo started acting up. We have always had great experiences working with Ken's auto truck and repair!! They always go above and beyond for us. Whether it be our regular automobiles or our semi diesel repair and maintenance needs.
I brought my car in for a full service and the staff there was very friendly, got me in and out quick! great job, i will definitely be coming back. i highly recommend!
Be careful with this company! We've dealt with plenty of difficult situations over the years, but this one was definitely different. The story seemed to change every few emails, which made it almost impossible to have a normal conversation. At times it honestly felt like we were talking to AI 🤖... instead of a real person. ...
