I always hate being a Karen, but I'm glad everyone was kind despite me getting a bit emotional. Shout out to the mechanic for his clear explanations, too. ... When we went to pick up our vehicle after being called and told it was ready, the hood was up, the battery cables were not connected, the grill cover had not been properly attached. It was one excuse after another. Cannot recommend
I recently has the pleasure of having a new altenator installed on my wife's family van and I really appreciate them being able to schedule me in so that my wife and children will not miss any of their swimming lesson. I want to thank the front desk crew for getting me in during a very busy day. This is the team that will be servicing my cars going forward.
