Im not usually one to review businesses negatively, especially not local small business, but I feel as though i need to. I was getting Dunkin donuts down the street from Ken's Auto Service in Ballston Spa and unfortunately my tire went flat while pulling out of Dunkin. Ken's by chance happened to be the first place I was able to pull into so i parked there, and went in to see if they had the correct size tire for my car. this guy is unprofessional and unstable. I've witnessed on multiple occasions him screaming at customers(usually female) and just being generally rude. I took my work van in this morning after confirming ALL my info with Ken the day before. when I got there I was confronted by a very distraught Ken. he asked what I wanted, I told him I was there to drop my van off to have the issue we talked about repaired. at this point he doesn't appear to remember talking to me so I go into detail and then he looks out at my van and says ... read more
RecommendedHad a full exhaust done on my car the made the exhaust fit they welded it back and also painted the welds great service
Ken’s is awesome. My wife picked up a nail in tire.. limping in- They took care of it on the spot. Thanks guys- you rock.
