On December 23rd the dashboard of my wife's car lit up like it was Christmas. We had only been in to Ken's once before for an oil change. Called him up and he said bring it over. He was obviously very busy and wasn't sure when he could get to it. That afternoon he had it diagnosed and done. A sensor that had likely been going bad for a while. The cost was most reasonable. We were very happy to have the car back before Christmas. Thank you sir!

Got me in to fix my sequoia. Waiting time 1.5 weeks. Better than 3 to 6 weeks out everywhere else. reasonable pricing all around great company.

This is our third service/repair with Ken and we are grateful to have found his shop. We have been so pleased with his effort in getting us back on the road as well as his professionalism in the process. We've been in the Jackson area for decades and to finally find a "go to" mechanic is such a blessing. Thank you, Ken!
