I would give this place less than 1 star, if it would have let me!!! I am writing on behalf of my mother, about the mistreatment she received while having her van serviced at Ken s Auto Repair and Towing in Florissant, Missouri. This all started about two weeks ago when my mother s van was having problems and needed to be repaired. My brother suggested Ken s, because he praised them for their service. Kens Auto is one of the most honest repair shops Ive been to. They know their stuff and do not overcharge you. I can honestly say they are one of the only repair shops who arent looking to rip you off..and are sincerly looking out for ur best interest.I took my 1990 geo prism their for a waterpump.Ken called me before he put it in bcuz as it turns out the car had a lot of things that needed to be tweaked that would leave me with bills over my head. Five stars for these guys! The owner and staff are friendly, knowledgable and gives you the straight deal on what is wrong and what it will cost. I took my car to a different repair shop initially and they told me something completely different on what was wrong with my car and quoted me a bill of \$2100! Ken was able to figure out EXACTLY what was wrong and the bill for the repair was less than \$600! This kind of honesty and customer satisfaction has turned me into a loyal customer for years to come. Thanks guys!
Wow, I brought to my car to Kens because my regular mechanic was booked for a while. They were able to get me in within 2 days and were great. Not only did they find out what was wrong with my car within 2 hours of me dropping it off, they did some investigating and found out that it was covered by a warranty I was totally unaware of! The cost of having them look at my car: \$35, the experience: PRICELESS!
A shop you can trust, and professionals you can rely on. We have had the misfortune of experiencing multiple breakdowns on both of our vehicles. In the past, my wife and I have taken our cars to the "brand name" repair shops. The results have been inconsistant, but the prices have not. More and more, we are going to Kens Auto instead.
