HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Was stranded at the hospital in an unfamiliar town; had it towed to Ken's. He was able to fit us in the next day, and was willing to diagnose and work on our diesel. Was great about returning calls and called regularly with updates. Very reasonably priced and had us up and running within a short time! Has called a couple times since to make sure everything was still running great. Very knowledgeable; would totally come here again!
We were on vacation and had a repair emergency. Ken got on the phone right away to find a local part dealer and squeezed us in on a Saturday. Every other mechanic couldn’t fit us I until the following week at the earliest. Fixed the car at a good price.
Ken is awesome! My son was home for the weekend and discovered an issue with his brakes and a rear control arm. I texted him on Saturday and asked if he could get him in right away so he could get back home. He said drop it off on Sunday night and I will get on it first Monday morning. he got it diagnosed and fixed right away. I would recommend him if you are looking for speedy, honest service for your vehicle repairs.
AMAZING SERVICE! We were traveling on a Saturday and lost a brake pad. Called Ken’s and he got us in as soon as the tow truck could drop us off. Replaced both rear rotors and new pads in under 2 hours, and had us back on the road safe! Gave helpful advice in addition! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! Thanks Ken!
