I spoke with Ken on the phone at 8:15 on a Sunday morning. I was traveling through town on vacation and wanted to get my breaks fixed. He asked me what the problem was, then explained what was happening and that we'd be fine driving on them until we got home. So while Ken didn't do work for us, he was very courteous, helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to call him.
