As always, Ken's Auto gets my 5 star rating for taking care of an emergency issue with my vehicle. They were able to work me into their busy schedule and get me back up and running within a day. I wouldn't use another mechanic.
Made an emergency stop at Ken’s Auto while en route from Pittsburgh. The shop was closing in 45 minutes and I was still 2 hours away from my destination. All my worries cleared when I first entered the office and was greeted by Tracy who immediately got into action to help. Tracy enlisted Jamie to assess my vehicle who did a thorough assessment and had me on my way within the hour. I am so grateful for their assistance and completed my journey without further issue. Thank you Tracy and Jamie!
