Don is a really nice guy he helped me out a lot!
Excellent service. Stopped in for window finger grip replacement on my truck camper shell. I expected to order the part and wait for installation sometime down the road but I drove out of there maybe 10 minutes later all fixed.
If you like walking and being told you're wrong about your own vehicle engine size then Greg is your guy. Greg tried reprimanding me insisting my 351 V8 Windsor engine was a 6 cylinder and kept ordering the wrong part. The older man Don instantly seen it was the wrong part as Greg was attempting to stare me down to leave with the wrong part. 17 days to get the right part. I am giving 3 stars because of Don. I recently purchased a ACE camper shell for my Tacoma from Ken's. I found the owner, Brian, to be very friendly and helpful ... both in helping me to choose the right shell for my needs and in arranging installation. It turned out that the shell had a couple of minor problems. When I called about the problems, Brian promptly set up an appointment.
