I give Ken's Auto Body Shop a well deserved 5 star rating. The staff there are sincerely friendly, detail oriented and their auto body work is top notch! Their estimates were right on! I am so pleased with the repairs done to my car, it now looks brand new again! Going forward I will only be using Ken's Auto Body on Glendale Ave in Appleton, Wi for all needed work. I couldn't be happier with their work and they are so very nice to work with! Christine U.

I had some body work done (after an encounter with a driver who didn’t understand how roundabouts work). The staff is friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job in a short amount of time and even gave me a loaner vehicle. When my vehicle was finished it was detailed and looked brand new. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do need body work I’m definitely returning.
Wonderful customer service and work! Very personable ,knowledgeable, caring and professional. They made my car look stunning and they even detailed the inside as well. They go above and beyond to help anyway they can. Pleasant experience working with them. Kens Auto is a must go to.
My car looks amazing and ken's went out of their way to touch up some extra places for me while they were replacing my two doors. The lady at the front desk (I forgot her name) is a sweetheart and knows what she's doing. She made the experience a little more personal by making conversation about my stickers on my car. I was sent home with extra paint and they also have two friendly fur babies that I enjoyed meeting!! Thank you Ken's😊
Worst place ever. I have a receipt saying my repair was done by Ken's but through an individual who doesn't work for Ken's. Repair was never made. I was charged alot. I tried to return my car for warranty. Ken's wouldn't honor it. Kept my car for 3 months with no work done on it. Tried stealing my car. Tried charging me storage. DO NOT GO HERE.
