Very knowledgeable and fixed oven in a very short time. Extremely satisfied.
We had ordered a washer and dryer directly from Whirlpool to our home, but when the appliances arrived the crew informed us that they could not install the dryer because it was not "safe." We had no clue what that meant, so we called Ken. Ken was incredibly helpful in identifying the issue. Turns out the previous owner had removed parts of the basement tubing without notifying anyone.
