Great Company. On time. Very personable. Took time to give us tips about our dishwasher functions. Very pleased. I have used them twice and same great service each time!!!!
I hired Ken as our washer wasn't draining water and cycle was stuck in between. He came and advised that the motor would need to be changed. He said he would order it and come in a couple of days. After calling him for 2 weeks to ask him to come back to fix the problem, during which he would say that part didn't arrive etc and also go from not showing up as promised and making me loose vacation day that I would take for his visit, to not returning my calls, to plain hanging up on me, he eventually showed up, changed the moto... read more
Horrible attitude,very disrespectful,rude to me and my wife, took are money and ran, had another commpany come and fix the job and said that kens appliances basically butchered the job so they can make more money of you....please stay far far away from this fake business
