Owner seems Friendly and Honest. I called to ask a question about doing my own repair. Everyone else I called told me they don't sell parts and tried to set up an appointment. The owner of Kens not only gave me some good advice but also gave me some good places to try and find the parts. If I am unable to fix any appliances in the future I will most certainly be bringing them to Kens.
