Not interested in helping with small jobs due to lack of available tradies, or because larger jobs bring in more money??
Quoted a $100k for renovation work on a unit, lol. Idiots. They say they only get paid for extensions and dont even know how to do a deck, lol idiots. Say they need $1000 per day and dont know how to do plumbing or electrical work. Id suggest that find a real builder who can do work for the value of the job. Apart from that, punctual and friendly service. Definitely worth working for these guys if they can get a client, lol. SMH 🤦
Had high hopes but just another builder that doesn't get back to you - not even a courtesy call to say they couldn't do some or all of the work or discuss options. Seems to be a sellers market at the moment.
We engaged Kenro for repairs to two decks including steps where rot was active. We're really happy with the results: high-quality finish achieved by the efficient and friendly tradesman. Also appreciated the precision and details of the quote, which targeted the decks' issues and did not try to market more than required. Have no hesitation in recommending Kenro Services for such carpentry work.
