A lot of harassment from nosy neighbors
Yes, it is true. There have been special assessments for roofs And one can expect every 22 to 24 years for that to take place. The Siding is original on some of the Buildings and that was 43 years ago now being replaced. So if a special assessment for items takes place anywhere from 24 to 43 years, I don’t think that’s mismanaging the reserves are well over required reserves for a condominium community such as ours.
DNI properties does not respond to maintenance requests. Condo fees are mismanaged. Be prepared to be assessed frequently for thousands of dollars. For things like the roof & siding
