Great Grout Pump! Sturdy, well put together, not squeaky and loose when operates, unlike some pumps I've used. Grout comes out nice. They are prompt to answer any and all questions whenever I call. (I call during office hours of course.) I am especially fond of local businesses that have the capacity to cater to the whole world, and still got time for us little guys.
You would be hard pressed to find a straighter shooter or more honorable man to deal with. We did business for nearly thirty years I believe and I can tell you first hand their word is gold here.
I had a customer that needed a pump next day air and they shipped it the day I called and I got it the next day at 8:30am. Thanks Kenrich. You guys are awesome.
