We purchased a new home from Kenric Fine Homes in July 2023. Throughout the process, communication with Ken was difficult; he often did not respond to emails, was at times verbally aggressive during phone calls and meetings, and missed several scheduled repair appointments. Addressing all of items on our punch list took over a year and a half, with some items ignored or not repaired correctly.
