March 2026: I need to correct the record regarding Kenric’s recent response. The Ohio Attorney General did not dismiss our complaint, nor did they absolve Kenric Fine Homes of any wrongdoing. The case was closed simply because the AG's office lacks the legal authority to force a builder to make repairs—and Kenric flat-out refused to fix the issues they caused.
