I received a letter from this office addressed to my children after they were in a terrible car accident. I wrote a post expressing my frustrations over the fact that they contacted minors after pulling our police report. Their “social media manager” proceeded to privately message me. She let me know that they can’t see whether someone is a minor and it is standard policy for them to do this. I have learned, though, that I am not the first parent to have this issue. This place sent a letter addressed to me and my young children, trying to sell us their services after a car accident. It is disgusting that they are preying on people after a traumatic experience using information they have no right to know. If I ever need a chiropractor, I’ll go anywhere but here.
I am thrilled with my experience at Kenoza! I receive the Trifecta light bed therapy followed by treatments on the vibration plate and water table. I always enjoy the friendliness of staff and look forward to my appointments!! Lisa N
