I worked here for 1 year. I'm surprised this place hasn't been condemned. Everything in this building is an OSHA violation. Literally everything. If you are not Hispanic....you WILL be treated as if you know nothing. They don't turn a profit so the owner pays you our of his personal account. Expect your pay to be short. Drunks and crackheads are expected to apply. You can physically get caught drinking alcohol and keep your job. I've watched it happen.
They start certified welders at 17 an hour. The refuse to let you work more than 40 hours. If you do work overtime...they actually will NOT pay you. WI. Dept. Of labor has been notified. I've taken pictures of all my time sheets. I worked here for 60 days until I thankfully found a real welding job.
Wonderful company to do business with! Great communication and friendly.
Must not be enough money in the budget for a halfway decent parking lot. Feel free to come here to have your tires gouged to hell. I've seen better roads in Afghanistan.
