Prompt, professional and precise! Leo and Manny were very friendly, explained the diagnostic process, inspected surrounding plumbing, and detailed the fixes before completing work. They assured I understood what was wrong, how it was being fixed, and basic pricing. They even offered to connect me to a plaster remediation company to get information on repairing the ceiling damage from the above bathroom leak! Above and beyond!!
Our tech was on time, courteous and did an awesome job. He answered all of my questions. He was neat and tidy. Great job all around. My initial contact with the office was also top notch and professional.
Wow! Very quick response to broken water pipe. They were very professional, clean, and explained everything, etc. I will definitely use again!
