Excellent doctor!! Goes above and beyond for her patients. She will get to the bottom of what is ailing you. Had a wonderful staff as well!
She took the time to get to know me and all my medical quirks.
Dr. Ruffalo was very patient and thorough. She is a brilliant doctor and I am so happy to be in her care.
REFUSES to refill my prescription for a condition I've had for two decades unless I come in to see her. Her "medical assistant" Darlene is power hungry in her gatekeeper role and lied, saying it's been a YEAR since my last visit when it was only 9 months (even had visits twice in the past year). My son died of medical malpractice, I am terrified of the healthcare industry and avoid visits unless absolutely necessary; and even though her own office diagnosed me with PTSD, she insists I come in and be re-traumatized for no goo... read more
