I have 4 littles and have only had amazing experiences at the urgent care.Thank you to the nurses and doctors for all that you do for my family.
Don’t be afraid to say no to certain things you don’t think are needed. They will run up the bill any chance they get. Brought my kid in for an ear ache they pushed a chest X-ray for no reason, couldn’t even explain why they thought it was needed. This is not the first time they did something like that either.
All of the Doctors and Nurses that are on my childs healthcare staff are amazing they listen to my child and her healthcare concerns they truly respect her and make her feel heard
I tried calling every number possible there is to call to reach a receptionist to let them know I’d be running 10 minutes late, but couldn’t get anyone on the phone, I got there 9 minutes after the appointment was scheduled and I asked the receptionist why I wouldn’t get anyone on the phone and after we had that conversation and she explained that they don’t provide a line for people to contact directly to them anymore, she told me now my appointment was outside of that 10 minute window and turned me away.
