All of the Doctors and Nurses that are on my childs healthcare staff are amazing they listen to my child and her healthcare concerns they truly respect her and make her feel heard
I tried calling every number possible there is to call to reach a receptionist to let them know I’d be running 10 minutes late, but couldn’t get anyone on the phone, I got there 9 minutes after the appointment was scheduled and I asked the receptionist why I wouldn’t get anyone on the phone and after we had that conversation and she explained that they don’t provide a line for people to contact directly to them anymore, she told me now my appointment was outside of that 10 minute window and turned me away. Kenosha location doctor Larry David and his nurse was horrible service. Two nurse called me and even can't figure out what the question I ask for. Doctor Larry was also very mean for her appointment last time. Working there like a garala that stupid
our experience here has always been very positive from routine care to urgent care my kids are well cared for here.
