As a former employee I would never recommend sending your loved ones or obtaining employment here. There was constant safety hazards for the participants, unproductive and unofficial programming, the management was absent and only cared about money and very little about the participants. The CEO and operations supervisor are mother and daughter which caused many conflict of interest problems. Former employee. While working here for about 14 months , Management was very unprofessional, unsupportive, and very absent. During my short period of employment I had 5 supervisors. I do NOT recommend sending your loved ones here. Clients sit around bored all day. They have immediate family members working as supervisors directly under the CEO. (Mom and daughter which is very inappropriate) They’re slogan says “empowering people of all abilities,” yet I have saw the most discrimination here that I have ever witnessed. Very ... read more
